TFL have decided to Freeze fares until 2025

TFL freeze fares next year

As you know, a few things have already gone up this year (electricity, in the UK for example). I’m sure you’ve also got some emails about further increases coming which is no fun.

TFL (Transport for London) have decided to freeze their fares. I believe the last time they did this was back in 2020.

I am glad they have done this, as oyster top ups don’t seem to last as long as they used to!

Do take advantage of the hopper fares and the railcards that you can put on your Oyster cards. Railcards will enable you to save a 1/3 off your journey – and also includes National Rail too. I go into detail here .
